Why is it safe to use my credit or debit card on Simply Spa?

Since 1995, no one has ever reported credit or debit card fraud in connection with purchases made on our sites.
What is a secure server?
Your credit card details are transferred to us using secure communications protocol via a secure server that is connected directly to the authorisation system of your bank. This is the same system that banks use to securely transmit sensitive information. Our system uses ultra secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 bit encryption, and no credit card details are ever stored on-site.
What is an encrypted checkout?
Encryption means that the information you send to the bank's system cannot be read by anyone else because it is transmitted in the form of an incomprehensible code that can only be read by your bank's authorisation system. This means your sensitive details cannot be reconstructed by anyone evesdropping on the transmission. At the bottom of our checkout page, your browser will show a padlock or key symbol confirming that information sent from the Simply Spa checkout will be securely encrypted.
